If you are an existing patient in our practice, we will verify your insurance coverage for you - deductible, co-pay or co-insurance, and network benefits. Simply access your patient account via our HIPAA complaint patient portal:
Go to the ‘insurance’ section of your account and add your insurance information.
Once completed, we’ll do the rest and contact you with your coverage.
If you are a new patient, please go to our HIPAA complaint patient portal: https://patient.unifiedpractice.com/summitsacredhealing
and establish an account. We always recommend booking a free 15-minute
consultation for new patients. During your account setup, please include your
insurance information. Once completed, our office will verify your coverage and discuss
the information with the consultation.
